NEW SCHOLARSHIP FOR IN-STATE RESIDENTS!
Tennessee Advantage Scholarship
- Admitted applicants will receive a minimum $31,000 scholarship regardless of demonstrated financial need.
- Recipients are also eligible for other state scholarships, such as the $4,500 HOPE Scholarship.
- Those interested in need-based financial aid are required to submit the FAFSA.
- Early Decision applicants who have been admitted will also receive the $3,000 Early Decision Grant, renewable for four years.
Qualifications:
- Must be a resident of Tennessee
- Must be eligible for the HOPE Scholarship
- Enrolled in college preparatory courses and achieved 3.7 or higher unweighted GPA or 4.0 or higher weighted GPA.
Note: Standardized test scores are not required for admission or the Tennessee Advantage Scholarship.
If you qualify for the HOPE Scholarship and have a 3.7 unweighted high school GPA or a 4.0 weighted GPA, you will automatically receive the Tennessee Advantage scholarship valued at $31,000 annually. Applying through the Early Decision I or II plans also automatically qualifies you for the $3,000 Early Decision Grant. That鈥檚 $34,000, regardless of need, stacked on top of your and all federal aid you receive.
